Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Digital Nomad Visa, you must meet the following criteria:

Non-EU Citizen: The visa is available to citizens of countries outside the European Union.
Remote Work: You must be employed by a company registered outside of Greece or be a freelancer with clients outside of Greece.
Minimum Income: You need to prove a monthly income of at least €3,500. If you’re bringing a spouse, the requirement increases to €4,200, and if you’re bringing a spouse and one dependent, it’s €4,830.
Proof of Employment: Provide an employment contract or a letter from your employer stating that you can work remotely.
Clean Criminal Record: You must have a clean criminal background.
Health Insurance: Proof of health insurance that covers your stay in Greece.
Accommodation: Proof of address in Greece, such as a rental agreement or hotel booking.

Application Process

Applying for the Digital Nomad Visa is straightforward:

1. Gather Documents: Collect all necessary documents, including passport copies, proof of income, proof of employment, health insurance, and a clean criminal record.
